4th REGIONAL PRAYER VIGIL
Fri Sept. 26 | 6p-6a
Central Congregational Church, Derry
  Extreme circumstances call for extreme measures. Our city and region desperately hungers for justice, mercy, and redemption. That's why we are calling all believers to unite in prayer and worship during our 4th Regional Prayer Vigil Prayer, Friday September 26. Prayer is violence against prevailing darkness, making room for God's liberating power to fall down on us. Other pastors and churches in our region will be joining to acknowledge together God's faithfulness and ask for God's salvation to rescue our neighbors, friends, and loved ones. Join the troops this 26th, and help turn the tides of injustice with childlike and hungering faith. Your children will have an active part in this strategic time. They will be well guided into effective intercession and adoration. Light refreshments will be served twice during the 12-hour vigil spree. Please bring sleeping bags and pillows for kids that may be too young to engage throughout. A special resting section will be designated to our little warriors.


 PRAYER PURSUIT

A prayerless church is a powerless church. Prayer is the respiratory system of our church. It is the vehicle that connects us to the heart of God and the head of the church. Join us in a worshipful time of prayer and meditation of God's Word every Wednesday night.

Enrich your life and the life of others by reading God's Word every day! Pick up your September schedule and get anchored in the truth of God. We will begin ro read through the book of 2nd Corinthians. Notice there will be two daily scriptures, one for meditation as you kick off your day, and one for meditation as you wrap it up. The evening portions will be selected scriptures on seeking and loving God.  Dig in and be changed! Schedules are available every Sunday at our Resource Center Table.
